Tantra Yoga: Chakram - feel your Chi Meridians
This asanas sequence brings together Yoga traditional practice and energy work: you will learn how to feel your meridians and move your energy along them.Taoist tradition calls the energy channels meridians. The fact is normal operation and activity of all psycho-energetic centers – Chakras depends on how freely energy flows through the meridians. As a consequence our physical health and success in all aspects of being depends on Chakras condition. When doing this ritual tru to not only imagine but also feel the energy flow along the meridians as a stram of corpunscules, waves of heat, magnetic feelings, etc. Each chakra has its own mantra and location on the body. When singing mantra try to feel how its sound activates and intensifies the relevant chakra vibe.
1. Sahasrara (Intuition)Concentrate your attention on the crown of head and do Sirshasana (headstand) pose – if it is difficult at first you can make it against the wall. Make the wrist-lock grip, press your elbows against the floor in such a way that your elbows shape the equilateral triangle. Place your head in the center of this triangle, straighten your legs and lift feet from the floor. Keep your legs and body in one line. Imagine that energy flows down from feet along your back, neck and head and concentrates in Sahasrara chakra. On the front side of your body energy goes up along the stomach to the legs and feet.
